STUDIOMASHAAL

Mashaal Studio

We turn ideas into growth-ready digital systems.

Cinematic experienceThis is the lightweight version.
SCROLL TO IGNITE
  1. ACT 01SPARK

    The idea ignites

Every product starts as a raw, small, real spark.

  2. ACT 02FLAME

    The flame takes form

From spark to system: identity, interface, logic. The product becomes alive.

  3. ACT 03TUNNEL

    Enter the light tunnel

Beyond this gate is the studio: workshop, command orbit, client chamber.

  4. ACT 04STUDIO

    The studio gate is ahead

One more step — behind it, real work is under way. Or light your project from here.

The Mashaal pledge

Before the gate, four promises

  1. 100%custom codeNo stock theme, no page builder
  2. 1one ownerThe person who wrote the code also answers
  3. 24hmax reply timeDirect with the builder, no middle layer
  4. 0hidden numbersEvery service’s floor is on the site and the estimator gives a range on the spot. Priced in dollars, converted to toman at the day’s rate — nothing hidden.

The Mashaal gate

Step through

Behind this door, ideas become systems.

  1. The studio

    You are inside the studio

This is where an idea reaches a team, and a team reaches a product — in one system. Before you reach its heart, see how work moves here.

  2. Mashaal AIIn development

From idea to team to product

Tell Azarak, Mashaal’s AI companion, what is on your mind. It asks until the problem is clear, then builds from that conversation the product document, the technical architecture, the modules, the security requirements, the skills needed, the timeline, the budget and the team.

    • Product document (PRD)
    • Architecture and modules
    • Security from day one
    • Time and budget
    • Team composition
  3. Talent network and project intelligenceIn development

The right team, from real work

Each member’s skill is measured from work they actually delivered — technical depth, debugging in production, on-time delivery, communication, client satisfaction — and each project’s team is proposed from that map. Every finished project feeds back, so the next estimate comes from real execution, not a guess.

    • Skill map
    • Team proposal
    • Proposal, contract, milestones
    • Estimates from real execution
  4. First difference

    Custom code, one direct owner

No templates. Every system is built from scratch for the business it serves. From the first meeting to support, one person answers — not a chain of intermediaries.

    • 100% custom code
    • Design and build under one roof
    • One owner, start to finish
  5. From spark to torch

    How an idea is built

Six steps, in this order: discovering the real problem, architecture, design, development, testing and security, and support. No step is skipped for speed.

    • Spark — discovery
    • Fuel — architecture
    • Flame — design
    • Forge — development
    • Tempered — testing and security
    • Torch — support
  6. Respect for the client

A client portal from day one

The client never has to ask where the work is. Stages, approvals, versioned files, messages and payments live in their own portal. Progress is counted, not estimated, and a stage’s payment opens only after they approve it.

    • Timeline and stages
    • Recorded approvals
    • Versioned files
    • Payment by stage
  7. MeetingsIn development

    Meet online, or in person

Video meetings inside the platform, on Mashaal’s own dedicated server — nothing to install and no outside service in the way, with screen sharing, recording and a written summary. The introductory meeting is free, and in-person meetings are booked in the same place.

    • Free introductory meeting
    • Screen share and whiteboard
    • Recording and automatic summary
    • In-person booking
  8. A desk for every role

    Everyone sees their own work

Clients, students, partners, specialists and developers each have their own desk, in their own language and tools — not the team’s internal board forced on everyone.

  9. In Telegram

    Telegram is your office too

Order, follow the project, message and get notified — inside Telegram, with nothing to install. Wherever you are, the work comes with you.

    • Place an order
    • Follow the project
    • Stage notifications
  10. EnterpriseIn development

    Ready for large organisations

Organisations, teams and departments; precise roles and access; single sign-on and user provisioning; audit logs, approval chains, security policies and data retention; multiple billing accounts, export, API and webhooks. The Mashaal platform is gaining them, and we build the same for your product.

    • RBAC
    • SSO · SAML · SCIM
    • Audit logs
    • Approval chains
    • API and webhooks
  11. After launch

    The flame stays lit

Maintenance, updates, backups, monitoring and security testing — plans whose response times you know in advance, and Telegram within the hour.

    • Monitoring and alerts
    • Security testing
    • Regular backups
  12. Clear pricing

    A number from the start

Every service’s floor is on the site and the estimator gives a range on the spot. Priced in dollars, converted to toman at the day’s rate — nothing hidden.

The heart of the studio

To the heart of the studio

All of this comes from one belief. Come in.

COR // studio core

We do not build tools. We build something alive.

What leaves this place is not a pile of code. It is a spark we raised — it breathes, it grows, it makes mistakes and it learns.

I hand it from the world of Mashaal into yours — but I do not let go of it. Keeping it, raising it and bringing it to maturity stays with the Mashaal family.

The brands who have worked with us know the feeling: a flame lit here stays lit long after delivery.

WHY // why alive

Technology must be alive

Because a system that merely works, works only until the first change.

01

It measures

A system that does not measure itself cannot see its failures.

From spark to torch, six steps

Each step removes a class of error before it is ever born. That is not bureaucracy — it is the upbringing a living thing needs.

  1. 01

    Spark — discovery

Before the first line of code, we define the real need, the audience and the technical boundaries.

  2. 02

    Fuel — architecture

Data, security and scale are planned from day one, giving the product room to grow.

  3. 03

    Flame — design

An identity and interface of its own, designed around the product.

  4. 04

    Forge — development

Clear, documented code that can be understood and extended for years after delivery.

  5. 05

    Tempering — testing and security

Before launch, we audit, load-test and address weaknesses.

  6. 06

    Torch — support

Delivery is the start of the next stage: keeping the product running and helping it grow.

PRN // five Mashaal principles

  1. 01 / 05

    Precision before speed

The fastest path is the one you do not have to take twice. First get it right, then make it fast.

  2. 02 / 05

    Security from day one

Security is part of the foundation. Every architecture begins by considering how it might be attacked.

  3. 03 / 05

    Design with feeling

An interface should work and feel responsive to the person using it.

  4. 04 / 05

    Full ownership of the code

Clear, documented code with no hidden dependencies. The product belongs to you.

  5. 05 / 05

    Keep the flame lit

Delivery does not mean goodbye. The brands we work with know that continuing relationship.

FAQ // before we start

Common questions

How long does a project take?

A cinematic landing is about 2–3 weeks, a complex dashboard 3–6, full infrastructure months. After the first session you get that range in writing — not a number spoken on a call that stretches later.

Design only, or build too?

Both, in one pair of hands — from backend to the last frame of motion. Nothing gets lost between design and build, because there is no handover between them.

What about financial systems?

Risk first, then secure architecture, then review before launch. Real KYC/AML experience stands behind that process — from somewhere money actually moved.

What happens after delivery?

Monitoring, updates and continued build. The flame stays lit.

How is pricing set?

By scope, not vague hourly bills. After discovery you get a clear proposal.

What is Mashaal Studio?

Mashaal Studio (مشعل استودیو) is an independent software design and development studio: websites, platforms, client portals, automation and applied AI — custom code, with one person answerable from start to finish. It is not a photography studio.

Who founded Mashaal Studio?

Mahdi Mashaal (مهدی مشعل), the founder and builder of Mashaal Studio, who stays the direct owner of every project from the first meeting to support.

How do I reach Mashaal Studio?

Through “Start a project” on mashaalstudio.com, on Telegram at @Mashaalstudio_bot, or by email at studio@mashaalstudio.com — usually within 24 hours.

How is a project paid?

Three ways: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery; 30% upfront, 30% midway and 40% on delivery; or in instalments, on flexible terms. Which one is settled after discovery, in the written proposal.

Who holds the hosting, the domain and the licences?

Hosting, the domain, yearly renewals and any plugin or service that carries a licence are charged apart from the build; they are the client’s to own and answer for, so everything stays in your name.

Do you work with clients outside Iran?

Yes — with clients anywhere in the world, remotely. The studio’s main focus is international.
