Automation

Automation and custom Telegram bots Hand the repetitive work to the system.

Anything done the same way every day — copying an order, sending a follow-up, logging to a spreadsheet, a daily report — can happen without you. We join services with webhooks and APIs, and put a Telegram bot where your clients already are.

  • Free discovery session
  • A written proposal with deliverables

  • A Telegram Mini App for orders, payment or accounts
  • Services joined by webhooks and APIs
  • Automatic notifications by Telegram, SMS or email
  • Orders logged and followed up with no copying

  • Subscription, payment and access management

The first step is free.

In a discovery session we settle scope, audience and destination together; then you receive a written proposal with deliverables, and the decision is yours.

A bot builder is a fine start — until your work outgrows its templates.

Kinds

Which kind of automation?

Four shapes where repetitive work gets lost the most.

  • A custom Telegram bot

Orders and support where your clients already are, with your own admin panel.

  • A Telegram Mini App

Orders, payment and accounts inside Telegram itself, fuller than buttons and messages.

  • Connected services

The tools your team uses joined by webhooks and APIs, and copying by hand gone.

  • Subscriptions and access

Payments, renewals and access handled without anyone stepping in.

Method

How we work

  1. 1

    List the repeats

We count what repeats every week; what costs most time is automated first.

  2. 2

    Connect, don’t replace

The tools your team likes stay; we fill the gaps between them.

  3. 3

    Watch and alert

Every automated path is logged and reports its own failures.

Choosing

How to choose who builds it

Six questions to ask any studio — this one included.

  1. Who owns the code?

If the builder ever changes, the work must carry on without a rebuild.

  2. Is there a live example?

A picture of a design is not a product that works every day.

  3. Is the proposal written, with deliverables?

A price with no list of deliverables cannot be compared with any other.

  4. After launch, how fast is a reply?

Support without a stated response time is only a name.

  5. Is the phone version tested on its own?

“Responsive” does not always mean designed for a phone.

  6. Who answers for all of it?

When design, code and support sit with different people, every problem gets lost between them.

Ask

Questions

Work that repeats often, follows a clear rule and is expensive to get wrong by hand. Work that needs fresh judgement each time is better left to a person.

Your question is not here?

Ask it. The answer comes from the person who builds the work.
